What happens when my alarm goes off?
We attend with your keys, assess what has happened and react as the situation needs, including calling the emergency services. We then reset the alarm or arrange a reset.
What if the building has been broken into?
We can stay at the property until it is secure, and put our own glaziers, boarding crew or locksmiths on it. It is the same in-house team, not a subcontractor.
Where are the keys kept?
At a secure location, not on a van. They are delivered to a specified location on request.
